Train ride to Chicago
Usually for the most part, when I travel to Chicago, I travel by train….Because honestly, driving your car there, will just complicate things…unless you plan on being mostly out in the surrounding suburbs.
But to me, its one of my favorite parts about going to Chicago….the train ride really isnt all that long at all….You pass alot of country side..which for me makes for good scenery…
But the best part about it for me, is when we pull into Union station, unload…Walking thru the station, Passing all these people that are either coming or going…Then Stepping out onto Canal st. and its like stepping into another world….
Hundreds of people just on the go, walking or standing at bus stops. You’re surrounded by all these Sky Scrappers…While heading to whatever my first destination is, Im making mental notes of all these places I’m coming back to, to take photos…(because walking with luggage, and trying to take pictures with a DSLR is just not whats up lol) …
I even tho I go there often, it still always feel like Im there for the first time…cause it never really gets old..AT ALL….Or maybe I just love Chicago, that much..
